Spanish Arbitrator Jailed in Relation to an International Arbitration

The Law Society Gazette (UK) reports on Friday, 19 January 2024 that a Spanish Arbittaror was sentanced to six months jail for contempt for ‘knowingly disobeying rulings and [an] order from the Madrid High Court of Justice”.
